I walked into my first meeting and the chair person (you know who you are), and my first sponsor (you know who you are) were there to make me feel welcome. I have never left and continue to give back, which was so freely given to me.

A very slight -1.8% drop in the median price for August 2012, compared to August 2011.  74 more homes sold this August with a near balanced average market time. Homes are selling, I believe we may have found our bottom based on pulling stats for the last 14 months. ~ agents might even be putting some food on their table again.  I for one have always enjoyed a little food with my meal.
