  • Fingers crossed that our inventory increases (1063)
  • A healthy March for Thurston Co. with a pipeline full of pending sales with an average market time of 95 days
  • 46 fewer homes have sold in March 2014 compared to March of 2013
  • A healthy + 3.4% increase to the median price of a home in March 2014 compared to March of 2013
  • Thurston County is checking in with a median price in March  2014 ~ $223,950

  • Inventory appears to be OK (129) knowing more homes should be coming to market this time of year
  • 35 pending properties in the pipeline for March is excellent. There are certainly buyers out there with the pending market time averaging (88) days
  • -9.1% fall to the median price in Olympia for March 2014 compared to March 2013

  • The Lacey real estate market might just be one of the hottest markets in the country
  • Very little inventory (71)
  • The market times in all categories are very low

  • A decent amount of inventory (127) but I look for more homes to come to market with it being springtime
  • Average market times are fairly balanced in all categories
  • A healthy pending pipeline (42) for the month of March in Tumwater and Delphi Hills
  • A +15.8% increase to the median price in Tum/Delphi for March 2014 compared to March of 2013
