The Back Half of Summer

We were in desperate need of camp chairs, which seem to get up and just walk away if you have teenagers.

Pulling in to the last town possible before disappearing in to the woods with hopes that a certain outdoor store would fix us up with camp chairs, some fishing paraphernalia and those camp goodies that I only buy for the pure novelty of another fun camping trip.

I always spend way too much money having way too much fun in this store.

Arriving at 3:20 pm in the afternoon on a weekday, we found the entrance locked and the store hours sign posted.














We came back in to town the next morning and we were told "Ace is the Place" might have some camp chairs.

They did !








It's a Great Life !

Thurston County did not take as big a hit as other real estate markets during the recession years of 2008 through 2011.

The real estate market is recovering and the current numbers are favorable.

I look for 2015 to be a good real estate market for both buyers and sellers.
