A +2.3% increase to the median price in Thurston County for July 2013 compared to July of 2012. 
30 more homes sold this July and the average market time(s) are well balanced.
Last July ('12), is when the market began to improve and the frenzy began.
The interest rate has increased a bit and I'm watching to see if that brings more buyers to market. A healthy real estate market for the summer of 2013.
