  • The current inventory (1038) is very low and the average market time (128) is getting very high and listings start getting stale. 
  • Thurston County needs more inventory to keep up with the buyers out in the marketplace
  • 153 pending sales for the month of February is excellent
  • A -6.2% fall to the median price in February '14 in Thurston Co compared to Feb '13
  • What blows my mind with as many stats as I pull each month, a difference of 1 sale in February '14 (187) compared to February '13 (188) in the entire county. what is up with that ?
