Delphi Hills saw a +54% increase to the median price in the 3rd quarter of 2013 compared to the 3rd quarter of 2012.
The 3rd quarter this year saw more higher end properties selling increasing the median price.
Some of our better neighborhoods are in the SW and also some of our more affordable neighborhoods.
