A - 6.7% fall to the median price in June 2013 for Lacey compared to June 2012.
I have been reporting stats for the last 22 months and to watch Lacey's market climb out of a real estate slump and basically do a 180, has been very fun to witness and report.
Values still need to increase to capture some of what was lost and the entire county is low on inventory, but that aside, these current stats above are some of the hottest real estate markets I have ever seen and worked.

A - 6.7% fall to the median price in June 2013 for Lacey compared to June 2012.
