                  Median $206,300
                  Avg. days on ~ 44

November Sales 2013 ~ 24 homes sold in Lacey in November 2013
                 Low $94,211 ~ High $280,000
                 Median $195,500
                 Avg. days on ~ 66

November 2012 ~ 27 homes sold in Lacey in November 2012
                 Low $100,000 ~ High $398,009
                 Median $207,990
                 Avg. days on 78

  • Lacey is still starved for inventory (97), They have been for most of 2013. 
  • The pending average market time (44) for November reflects even more, that Lacey is starving for inventory. There are certainly buyer's in the market place.
  • The sold market time also (66). These sales originated back when I believe our country had closed up shop for awhile. Lacey remained open for business and continued fueling the economy.
  • A -6% fall to the median price in Lacey for November '13 compared to November '12
