Olympia is rebounding nicely with a +6.6% increase to the median price for the 3rd quarter of 2013 compared to the 3rd quarter of 2012. A little odd that 7 less homes sold in the 3rd quarter of 2013, but the values in Olympia are moving in the right direction for the first time in 5 years.
