                  Avg. days on ~ 93

• September 2013 Sales ~ 255 homes sold in Thurston County in September 2013

                 Low $45,000 ~ High $860,000

                 Median $220,000

                 Avg. days on ~ 65

• September 2012 ~271 homes Sold in Thurston County in September 2012

                 Low $47,500 ~ High $917,500

                 Median $213,000

                 Avg. days on 89

A +3.3% increase to the median price in Thurston County for September 2013 compared to September 2012.
16 less homes sold in September of this year. The interest rate jumped mid summer and the buyer pool is smaller than years past. The active and pending market times suggest a slight cooling compared to September 2012. 
I'll be watching this closely the next few months.
